Quite a famous band.. Tho half of the people who know Cradle, know it in a wrong Smile .

Funny fact:
Dani Filth actually had surgery to make him be able to talk/sing like he does.

I'm glad you posted Temptation!
It was the first COF song I heard.
A couple of years ago I would never have thought that I'd like this kind off music, now they're one of my favourite bands!

Their music is really good. I just can't get past Dani's voice. Don't mean to be a hater, just don't like it. Musicians in COF are all really good though.

Oh God, I hate Cradle. After reading about their career and researching their background, for me they're one of the bands that started off how they were meant to and then rapidly declined after seeking acceptance from a more modern and mainstream audience. It's clear from bands such as Cradle that black metal was never supposed to be mainstream and it'd never make it there, as they lost more and more of the influence the further away they got. Oooh, the betrayal.

Yeah, i gotta admit I do not know that much 'bout cradle and their history.
But I really understand that it is very crappy to see a Band selling that out. And I mean not just selling a little bit out...I mean, I'm not that into black metal, but black metal is just a complete different thing than cradle. One could probably even say the complete opposite.

And bordering on Symphonic Gothic, at that. Which makes my ears hurt twice as bad.

They have maimed choirs and organs and whatever. They're terrible.
